4-axle bumper
X - R - Z1 - Z2

Our heavy-duty bumper has been adapted to the power and bending width of the machine. The X-axis (front / back) is built on ball bearings and a ball screw. The R-axis (top / bottom) uses a toothed rack and linear guides.

Servomechanisms allow for high positioning precision and high bumper efficiency.

6-axle bumper type ATF
X1 - X2 - R1 - R2 - Z1 - Z2

The ATF version features 6 axes of the bumper. This solution allows for the control of all bumper movements using CNC control, allowing for any possible finger position.

Individual bumper

In places where standard bumpers are insufficient, we offer individual solutions tailored to the customer's needs. In this case, the bumper is equipped with holders that track the sheet metal deflection.

AP1 - AP2 Tracking Brackets

A system that helps maintain operator safety and work culture when bending large and heavy sheets.
It protects the operator by allowing him to stand away from the machine during operation and activate it using the foot pedal from a safe distance.
