Automatic loading - ALS6000

ALS350 is an integrated device for feeding pipes and profiles to an APP laser cutter.

Its main task is to store certain types of pipes or profiles and automatically feed them to the APP. This solution is very much in line with the needs of companies whose production involves very diversified details made in small series.

Thanks to PLC control, the entire process is as automated as possible and its processes can be divided into individual possibilities:

  • automatic storage,
  • automatic feeding,
  • automatic length measurement
  • automatic single tube feeding.

Thanks to ALS, we minimize the error when selecting a given profile or pipe, and increase the efficiency and precision of our production. The parameters described below show the operating range of the ALS (not to be confused with the operating range of the entire APP system, which may be lower).

Main parameters of ALS:
  • round pipes: 20 – 230 mm
  • square pipes: 20x30–230x230 mm
  • pipe length: 4000–6000 mm
  • round pipe loading cycle: first pipe: 70 sec., each subsequent one: 20 sec.
  • square tube loading cycle: first tube: 100 sec. , each subsequent: 20 sec.
  • full warehouse / load capacity: 2000 Kg
  • max. weight of a single pipe: 200 Kg
